ELTEMTEK Inc. offers an innovative design that saves space and costs, particularly in urban applications, with its next-generation power transmission line design.
The density of buildings and increasing energy demand in urban areas necessitates more efficient and compact power transmission solutions. In response to this need, ELTEMTEK has designed a new type of compact power transmission line with a 2x1272 MCM conductor capacity at 170 kV.
The new power pole design stands out for its advantages, including reducing land acquisition costs for urban transmission projects, minimizing land use, and blending in with aesthetically pleasing urban planning.

The design process was managed end-to-end by ELTEMTEK's engineering strength and R&D capabilities. The following work was carried out as part of the project:
Determining loading conditions
Creating the pole geometry
Conducting static analyses
Preparing reinforced concrete foundation designs
Preparing 3D manufacturing models
Creating manufacturing drawings and cards
Prototype production and inspections
Performing performance tests at the test station
Following all these processes, the pole's suitability for use in power lines was approved.
