ELTEMTEK Inc. declares that all inspection services will be carried out in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard and all other relevant standards, norms, and established accreditation systems within the scope of its services. It assumes full responsibility for inspection activities and will not compromise this service approach.

It will carry out inspection activities in accordance with the principles of competence, impartiality, independence, and integrity, and to meet the needs of its customers, legal authorities, or organizations.

ELTEMTEK Inc. Inspection System managers and personnel are free from all administrative, commercial, financial, and technical internal and external pressures and influences, and will strictly keep them away from such influences. They will not engage in any activities that could jeopardize inspection services.

Inspection personnel work on a fixed salary basis, and their compensation is not related to the number of inspections or their results.

Inspection procedures are conducted in a manner that prevents interference with inspection results by individuals or organizations outside of ELTEMTEK Inc., and that ELTEMTEK Inc. has established the necessary financial, technological, and human resources. It undertakes to protect customer confidential information, reports, test and calibration results, and proprietary rights.

Information obtained from the National Address Database will not be transferred to third parties, and compliance with the ministry's database will be ensured.

Personnel will be prevented from engaging in any activities that could create distrust.

ELTEMTEK A.Ş. is not the designer, manufacturer, supplier, installer, purchaser, owner, user, or maintainer of the items it inspects. Within the framework of these conditions, ELTEMTEK A.Ş., which meets the minimum criteria for a Type C Inspection Body stipulated in TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 Annex A, undertakes to ensure all of these are secured.
