This information text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), in order to inform data owners regarding the processing of personal data collected through various channels at Eltemtek Elektrik Tesisleri Mühendislik Müteahhitlik Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Company”). The Company shows utmost sensitivity and effort regarding the processing, protection and security of personal data. Personal data may be collected by the Company through all kinds of verbal, written or electronic methods. In this context and in accordance with the Law, the personal data of all relevant persons may be processed by the Company as the Data Controller.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes specified in the Law, and for the purposes specified below, without limitation. Accordingly, the purpose of processing personal data is;

1. Carrying out the Company's management activities,
2. Conducting the Company's activities in accordance with the legislation,
3. Providing the Company's physical location security,
4. Providing information to authorized persons or organizations,
5. Performing the necessary work to ensure maximum benefit for customers in the services provided by the Company,
6. Conducting the Company's supply chain management processes,
7. Planning and executing the Company's corporate communication activities,
8. Providing the Company's and its business partners' legal and commercial security,
9. Continuing the Company's commercial activities and strategies,
10. Conducting the Company's contract processes and legal affairs processes,

Managing the Company's human resources, training and employment policies. The Company takes all necessary legal, technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data and unlawful access to data, and to keep personal data safe.

Collected personal data may be shared with authorized institutions and organizations, business partners, service providers, shareholders and related persons in line with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. In case of sharing of personal data, the Company takes all necessary security measures to protect personal data.

The Company collects personal data in all kinds of verbal, written and electronic media and for the purposes specified in this disclosure text, based on legal reasons such as the realization of the services it offers in accordance with the law and relevant legislation, the Company's full fulfillment of its obligations arising from contracts and laws, the management of employment policies and the execution of personnel recruitment processes, and processes, shares and transfers them in accordance with the conditions specified in the Law.

Personal data owners, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law;

1. The person has the right to learn whether personal data has been processed,
2. To request information about personal data if it has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
7. To request notification of the transactions carried out in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
8. To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9. To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

In order to exercise these rights, if personal data owners apply to the Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, the applications will be finalized as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request, but in any case within 30 days at the latest.

The applications in question are free of charge. However, if the process requires a cost and the Personal Data Protection Board foresees a fee in this regard, the Company reserves the right to request the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
