Based on the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated April 30, 2025, the 2023 ordinary general assembly meeting will be held on May 26, 2025, at 2:30 PM, at Balgat Ziyabey Caddesi, 1419th Street, No: 14, Çankaya, Ankara.

Mr. Muhammed Ali Oflaz, who served as Advisor to the Minister in the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, took over the position from Mr. Mehmet Mustafa Satılmış.
